Do you want to finally figure out what human chakras are and what their meaning is - to understand what the chakras are responsible for?
In this article, we will try to give you a complete and detailed answer to this question.
Here you will find the most detailed description of the human chakras and their meanings. In simple and understandable language with pictures, photos and examples!
So let's go!
Fig. 1. Human chakras and their meaning. What the chakras are responsible for
What are chakras?
Why does a person need chakras?
Who even said that a person has chakras?
Well, an arm, a leg, a head, a silicone breast - all right. They are visible to the naked eye and, if desired, can always be measured with a caliper.
What to do with chakras?
Who saw them, who measured them?
Who felt them?
What device?
And how can these measurements be confirmed?
Who can give a detailed description of the chakras, reliably tell about the human chakras and their meaning, as well as about the peculiarities of the location of the chakras on the human body?
And most importantly: how to apply this information in practice?
What is this beast so incomprehensible to science - chakras - and with what they are eaten?
Or maybe it's just a fiction of an inflamed imagination or some kind of heresy in general?
Chakra-chakras ... Are they real at all? They exist?
After all, the majority of people, hearing the word "chakras" begin to look at someone who had the imprudence to mention this word in their presence, with some kind of unkind and wary look, twist at his temples and persistently wonder if he got into a sect?
Well, let's figure out what human chakras really are, and what they are responsible for!
Fig. 2. The most common reaction to the word "chakras"
What are human chakras. Myth or Reality?
Please take a break from reading this article for a few seconds.
Look around you!
Look very carefully!
What do you see?
Do you notice anything unusual around you?
Well, apart from the table, chairs, walls, ceiling ...?
No...? Can't you see anything? Can't you hear? Don't you feel anything special?
Meanwhile, right now, several tens or even hundreds of radio waves of various frequencies from mobile communication antennas are passing through your body and brain, wi-fi routers from neighboring apartments and offices, as well as waves of music and news FM radio stations.
But you can't see or hear them, right?
So maybe they are not there, maybe this is all fiction, heresy, fantasy ...?
Some hundred years ago it would have looked exactly like that.
But now you can easily open your laptop, connect without physical wires to the Internet via wi-fi, catch your favorite radio station in your radio and at the same time call your girlfriend on her mobile phone to ask her if she believes in chakras and if she has them :-)
Fig. 3. Analogy between wi-fi connections and human chakras
So, as you can see, not everything that really exists in this world is in the visible spectrum of human perception. But because we do not see it, it does not become less real.
The same applies to the human chakras.
Simply, in order for them to become visible, real and tangible, they must be measured with special instruments.
Which ones? Read on ...
The meaning of the chakras. Where does a person get energy for his life? What are the chakras responsible for ?!
Chakras are special energy centers in the human energy structure, which are responsible for absorbing the spectra of energy and information necessary for the body from the surrounding space, as well as for the output (release) of energy and information from the human body.
That is, through the chakras of a person, an energy-informational two-way exchange with environment.
Chakras filter and supply to the body from the surrounding energetic chaos the necessary amounts of energy in their frequency spectra (each chakra works in its own frequency range and in its own individual coding), and also remove excess, spent or information-coded energy from the human body (for communication with others ) energy.
Let's explain in a simpler "human" language.
Where does a person get energy for their existence ...?
Yes, that's right - partly from food!
But do you think this food eaten fully covers our energy needs?
How many people can eat per day?
Well 2-3 kg - no more. So it is known that the needs for so-called chemical energy at the expense of food consumed by a person covers only 10-15, maximum 20%! From food, the body also receives the building blocks for the regeneration of all organs.
Where does the rest of the energy come from?
If all energy came to us from food, we would have to eat up to 40 kg of food per day!
In fact, almost 80% of the energy comes to a person from outside, through the so-called energy centers - chakras. Without such an energy exchange with the environment, carried out through the chakras, a person would not be able to exist physically!
Fig. 4. Human chakras and their meaning: 20% of the energy for the work of organs and systems is extracted from the material world by chemical means: from consumed food. Another part of the energy (80%) is supplied to the human body through the energy-informational route through the energy centers - chakras.
Pareto Principle 20/80 remember?
Energy extraction from food and from human chakras obeys precisely this natural ratio: a person receives 20% of energy from food (chemically), 80% - through chakras (energy-informational route).
This explains the phenomenon of sun-eating: sun-eating people are able to exist for a long time without food due to a special energetic restructuring of their body at the chakra level and recharge from solar energy (although it should not be forgotten that the body receives not only chemical energy from food, but also building elements for the regeneration of all organs and systems of the physical body).
Raw food and vegetarianism - right here.
But about food - a separate conversation.
We are now about human chakras!
And, as you can see, their value in common system human life activity should not be underestimated.
Fig. 5. The value of the chakras in the general energy system of a person (chemical + energy-informational) in accordance with the Paretto principle
Chakras. Description of operating principles
So, understanding the issues of describing chakras and their significance for humans, we found out that chakras are energy centers that carry out energy-informational exchange of the body and energy systems of a person with the surrounding space.
Figuratively speaking, through the chakras, a person "eats" the energy necessary for the body, and also releases ("excretes") waste or unnecessary energy, which is then absorbed either by the plant or animal world, or by inanimate systems (systems with a low coefficient of vitality / vitality: stones, minerals). The recipient of energy (and information) emanating from the chakras of one person can also be another person.
That is, detailing the description of the chakras, we can say that the chakra is a kind of local energy-informational gastrointestinal tract of the body.
There are 7 chakras in total. Each of them works in its own energy-information spectrum of frequencies.
Fig. 6. Description of the chakras in accordance with the model of the energy-informational frequency spectrum
To make the description of the chakras more understandable, we can say that the human chakras receive and emit not only energy, but also information. That is why we are talking about energy-information exchange through the chakras.
Remember for a while a school or college course in physics, namely the section on electromagnetic fields and waves.
How is information transmitted? In coded form: an information component is superimposed on the carrier energy-wave using modulation. In the same way, information is received and transmitted in the human chakras. That is, an energy wave can be modulated by an informational one.
Fig. 7. Chakras: a description of the principle of receiving and transmitting information (modulation)
The lower chakras of a person (1,2,3) are distinguished by the predominance of energy over information, the upper (6,7) - the predominance of information over energy. Middle chakras (4, 5) - adapt the energy and information of the lower group of chakras to the upper ones and vice versa.
Any human chakra can be in 2 states:
- in the phase of absorption of energy and information from the surrounding space
- in the phase of radiation (release, removal) of energy and information from the body.
These phases alternate.
Fig. 8. The location of the chakras on the human body
The location of the chakras on the human body
Human chakras are located in the following areas:
Structurally, each chakra is a rotating cone about 3-5 cm in diameter. These cones narrow as they enter the human body and then "connect" to the main energy column - the spine (system bus - in terms of computer analogies).
Fig. 9. Chakra cone
The chakras, in accordance with their location on the human body, supervise certain organs and systems, supplying energy (and information) to them from the outside and bringing out the waste energy (and information) of these organs.
As with breathing: inhale-exhale, oxygen - inward, carbon dioxide - outward. Thus, the energy balance (homeostasis) in the body is maintained.
Therefore, by the quality of the energy-mixture “exhaled” by the chakra and the frequency of “breathing” of each chakra of a person, one can judge the processes that take place in the organs and systems of the physical body.
Forced (or, conversely, slowed down) energy mode of operation of any human chakra - the energy center - speaks of the trouble of the internal organs associated with it.

Human chakras. The difference between the polarization of the chakras in men and women
Chakras differ in polarization depending on the sex of a person, which determines the different perception of the surrounding reality by men and women. More details about this - in this video:
Chakra diagnostics
Having tuned in to a person in a special way, you can diagnose the chakras by removing such a dynamic energy characteristic. The figure shows an ideal variant of the frequency response (amplitude-frequency characteristic) of human chakras, taken using the methods of Infosomatics.
Fig. 13. Diagnostics of the chakras. AFC (amplitude-frequency characteristic) of human chakras, recorded in the ponderomotive writing mode using the methods of Infosomatics. Here is the "standard" version of the frequency response of human energy centers - chakras, which testifies to their harmonious and balanced work.
By the nature of the deviations of this graph, one can judge the general energy state of a person and the functioning of each individual energy center - the chakra. And since the harmonious work of the internal organs of a person is directly related to the activity of the chakras, in this way you can get a fairly detailed picture of the quality of the functioning of the physical body of a person as a whole, as well as any deviations ("malfunctions") in its work.
Fig. 14. Deviations on the graph in the spectral range of certain chakras indicate distortions in their work. Deviation to the left from the central line signals about the "inhibited" mode of chakra operation and destructive effects in this spectrum (and as a result - possible problems with organs in this zone), to the right - about a forced (hyper-active) mode of operation.
It would seem that a logical conclusion suggests itself: if a person has any problems in the work of organs and systems of the physical body (in other words, diseases), then it is necessary to restore energy to this person, correct the activity of his chakras using various healing methods and, as a result, through for a while we must get a healthy person.
Fig. 15. Techniques of Reiki and Healing. Energy ball created to "feed" and adjust the activity of the chakras
After all, human chakras and energy are primary.
And matter is secondary. It is "pulled up" and "cured" due to the restoration of energy.
It is on this postulate that all healing and Reiki specialists work. And also this principle is the basis of some instrumental methods of exposure.
Also, many "experts" believe that the cause of various diseases should be sought in the closure of any of the human chakras. After all, if any chakra is closed, it means that it does not supply the required amount of energy to the body and does not bring it out in the proper measure. As a result, the internal organs supervised by this chakra suffer.
Hence, hundreds of requests on the Internet "", "cleansing the chakras", "developing the chakras", "working with the chakras", resting on the need to read some mysterious mantras, conduct, various energy techniques and perform all kinds of dances with tambourines.
But not everything is so simple and straightforward!
To understand, let's turn again to physics - the queen of all sciences.
And to research in the field of Infosomatics.
Why does a person have health problems?
Due to energy distortions.
Why are energy distortions occurring?
????
Let's figure it out.
Human chakras. Description of the processes of incarnation and disincarnation of Matter, Energy and Information
To expertly answer the question posed above, it is necessary to look at the level above the chakras and the person (in other words, the energy shell), belonging to the astral plane of the existence of matter.
What's higher there?
Fig. 16. "Bird of materialization / dematerialization" - the process of transition of information into energy and matter, followed by the reverse transition of matter into energy and information after passing through the point of the present. Enego-informational relationship of the future, present and past
Without going deep into the physics of incarnational processes and the concept of matter, it should be said that the physical body of a person is not a static object that stably exists in our dense manifested world. The physical body of a person is in a continuous process of incarnation - disincarnation, assembly - disassembly on the line of deployment of physical time and space.
That is, a person (his physical shell) is a substance pulsating in time and space, continuously (in time quanta) gathering (incarnating) at the point of the present (I am here and now) and disassembling (disintegrating) after passing this point.
Chakras and the human energy shell (aura) are also not static in time: they also incarnate and disincarnate according to the “bird of materialization”, gathering on the physical body of a person only at the point of the present.
Fig. 17. The difference between the processes of incarnation / disincarnation of the chakras in men and women. Passage of a wave of materialization / dematerialization through different chakra zones in men and women
Therefore, problems with the energy and chakras of a person, as a rule, are the result of distortions on the higher planes of the existence of matter, according to the programs of which the energy (astral) and physical planes are assembled.
Fig. 18. Energy vampirism. "Suction" of a certain spectrum of energy from the donor's energy shell. Consequence of the 1st level - distortions in the activity of the donor's chakras, consequence of the 2nd level - disease of the donor
And what is the use in this case to help a person with healing practices, meditations and open his chakras, trying to eliminate any disease, if its real cause lives behind the wall in the same apartment, being very often a close relative or sexual partner (partner).
After performing these techniques, both chakras and energy are restored by itself, automatically - in accordance with natural laws.
Chakras. Distortion of energy. Where to look for reasons?
The rule
The real cause of the problem, as a rule, does not lie in the plane of the problem itself.
As mentioned earlier, very often the reasons for the distortions in the functioning of the human chakras and in the energy exchange with the environment carried out through them lie 1-2 levels higher, that is, at the level of the mental or causal plane of existence of matter, since it is from these levels that it “descends »Information on the materialization / assembly of human chakras on the astral plane of the existence of matter, as well as the matrix of the assembly of the physical body in the flow of time.
Fig. 20. "Bird of materialization / dematerialization". Physical, astral, mental, causal, etc. planes of existence of matter - "Thin" planes
Fig. 21. When the tail hurts - treat your head! The real cause of the problem, as a rule, lies in a plane higher than the plane of occurrence of the problem itself.
To the list of the most common reasons for the mental plane of the existence of matter, entailing distortions of the activity of the chakras of a person (and his energy system in general) include undischarged subconscious controlling stresses of the past, on the "feeding" of which the vital forces are spent, filtered by the chakras of a person from the present.
Fig. 22. The mental plane of the existence of matter. A person's life line is a graph taken using the Infosomatics methods. An example of non-discharged stress at the age of 12, affecting the energy balance of the body and the activity of the chakras in the present time (32 years)
Fig. 23. The causal plane of the existence of matter. Karma and problems of previous incarnations - as additional. factors influencing the energy and activity of the human chakras in the present tense
Also, karmic problems coming from previous incarnations, records of which are stored in the structure of the causal level, can also lead to distortions of the activity of the chakras (their blockage, closedness, displacement from the line of the energy column).
As you understand, without discovering the true cause of energy distortions, it is impossible to normalize the functioning of a person's chakras, and any healing / energy interventions aimed at finding and solving a problem without taking into account higher levels and embodied physics will be ineffective here and can only give a temporary effect to alleviate the problem state person.
That's for sure: when the tail hurts, you need to treat your head!
Yes, and the path to enlightenment - the spiritualization of a person should begin not with the "thoughtless" opening of the chakras, which is what many are "sinning" about, but first of all with the formulation of the Worldview and the study of the physics of the subtle planes of the existence of matter for a clear understanding of all the cause-and-effect relationships of the environment us the World.
Natural harmonization, balancing and a natural "soft" opening of the chakras will in this case only be a natural consequence of the order in the head and in the bodies more high levels dimensionality. How, in fact, it was originally conceived by Nature!
Energy, moving in the form of three vibrating currents along the spine along the main highway (Sushumna) and along two lateral parallel highways (Ida and Pingala), forms seven cone-shaped vortices, which are called chakras in Sanskrit.
Indo-Tibetan medicine distinguishes seven main chakras with Sanskrit names (numbered from bottom to top) and a specific location. In addition, in Indian tantra, a graphic image (mandala) of each chakra is given in the form of a certain number of lotus petals. The number of petals at each chakra symbolizes the amount of synthesized types of energy.
- Muladhara(coccyx area), a lotus with four petals; controls excretory and sexual functions.
- Svadhisthana(between the pubis and the navel, above the genital organs), a lotus with six petals; controls the unconscious nature of a person.
- Manipura(in the area of the navel and solar plexus), a lotus with ten petals; controls the digestive process.
- Anahata(in the area of the heart), a lotus with twelve petals; controls the functions of the heart, lungs, diaphragm and other organs in this area of the body.
- Vishuddha(in the area of the front of the throat), a lotus with sixteen petals; controls the thyroid complex, certain articulation systems, the epiglottis and upper part skull.
- Ajna(between the eyebrows), a lotus with two large petals divided into 48 petals - ninety-six petals in total; controls muscle strength and sexual energy; at the same time, it is a kind of spiritual headquarters that controls all the glands.
- Sahasrara(on the top of the head), the lotus with a thousand petals is the highest consciousness.
What is chakra? The following elements are distinguished in the chakra:
- a resonating cavity that responds to a specific wavelength (color) and to specific sounds (mantras);
- a command center attached to the inside of the canal of the spinal cord membrane (Padma);
- nerve plexuses;
- the endocrine gland that lies at the base of each chakra.
The main functions of the chakras are reception and generation of cosmic energy, its accumulation; energy-informational distribution between chakras and organs, as well as between chakras and subtle bodies. Each chakra supplies its own building material (vibration) for subtle bodies. The connection of the main chakras with subtle bodies and organs in the physical body, as well as the influence of each chakra on the physical and mental state of the human body with the balance and imbalance of energy in the chakras, are presented in tab. one. As seen from tab. one, disturbance of energy in one or several chakras leads first to very serious functional diseases, and then to organic and mental disorders.
There is another very important function of the chakras, which is described in all tantric texts - the potential ability to turn on the entire brain with their help and transfer it into a state of transcendence. According to various tantric texts, our brain has ten compartments, nine of which are asleep. This means that our entire totality of activity comes from one tenth of the brain, while the rest of it, located in the front of the brain, is inactive. Why? Lack of energy. Lethargically, the dormant brain, to maintain life, is content to supply energy through Pingala (life) without awareness (Ida). He can be awakened by giving him enormous primal energy and opening the Sushumna channel for its passage. This primal energy, "the most powerful of all the forces of Nature" (Hermes Trismegistus), is called Kundalini.
In Sanskrit, "kundal" means "ring" and therefore Kundalini is described as "curled up in a ring." However, usually the Kundalini is depicted as a sleeping snake (a snake as a symbol of wisdom), coiled in three and a half turns. Three turns in tantric texts are deciphered as three states of consciousness (wakefulness, sleep and dreamless sleep). Half a turn is a state of transcendence of consciousness that absorbs all the experience of the Universe.
In the countries of Scandinavia, Europe, Latin America, Central Asia and in ancient world civilizations, the concept of serpentine power is captured in various monuments and monuments ancient art... Thus, the Kundalini under different names was widely known throughout the world in different eras its existence.
Kundalini is located in a causal body that does not depend on time and space, and is encoded in Muladhara, dormant. To awaken it, various yoga systems suggest practicing asanas, pranayama, Kriya yoga and meditation. Then the accumulated prana should be transferred to Muladhara, which will awaken the Kundalini and force it to rise through the central channel - Sushumna, permeating all the chakras. This will unite the sphere of the unconscious with the superconscious. When the Kundalini awakens, it is like a “flame, like fire,” which begins to spiral up the spine, and as it rises, it meets and stimulates the chakras. Speaking in the figurative language of tantric texts, the "Kundalini serpent" with its language works on each chakra in order to weld, connect various elements that will allow it to rotate the chakra (chakra in Sanskrit is "wheel", "whirlwind"). Chakra is a very delicate system, with an extremely sensitive, gear engagement, and only the "Kundalini serpent" can connect these gears and set them in motion. It is at the moment when the chakra begins to rotate that the abilities and capabilities associated with it appear. What are the possibilities?
Tantric texts explain that different areas of the brain are connected to certain chakras, like switches that turn on a particular compartment of the brain. Thus, all seven chakras are responsible for enlightening those areas of the brain that are asleep. It is the chakra-switches that are able to turn on (manifest) in a person the ability to clairvoyance, telepathy, music, to polyphonic transcendental sensations of the Universe. All chakras act independently, and the Kundalini can wake up in the chakra in which it is stuck (due to evolutionary development), in order to then rush up to the Sahasrara. From each chakra, an awakening impulse traces upward, and if the awakened Kundalini is not fed by these impulses, it slides down, and the almost awakened region of the brain again falls into a lethargic state.
If Kundalini awakens in Muladhara, a person receives great vital energy, in Svadhisthana - causeless joy arises, creative power, in Manipur - confidence, collective consciousness, in Anahata - love for everyone, in Vishuddha - insight and wisdom, in Ajna - intuitive feeling, clairvoyance, superpowers, in Sahasrara - omnipotence and freedom. When the higher chakra affects the nervous system, it excites the entire brain, stimulated by the activity of the so-called reticular formation located in its lower part.
This general arousal of the entire brain (as well as its relaxation) can also occur during sleep. The reticular formation, together with the complex of its connections, forms a specific rhythm: sleep - wakefulness, which is also activated by sensory impressions both from the outside (light, sound, touch, etc.) and from within (the autonomic activity of the nervous system). But still, the total rise of all our potential forces depends on the awakening of the Kundalini and the practice of kumb-haka (holding the breath).
When Kundalini awakens, the quality of perception and consciousness changes. All accumulated karma is neutralized, the structure of the body, tissue cells, voice are transformed, the process of rejuvenation begins, the work of the endocrine glands improves.
But all this can take on a negative connotation if the guru is not qualified enough. Therefore, when engaged in raising the Kundalini, it must be remembered that the risk is too great (all tantric teachings warn about this), you risk the most valuable thing in you - mind, mental health.
The nature of the Kundalini has been studied by many yoga schools. Although these schools have different descriptions of their impressions of the advancement of Kundalini, they still agree that Kundalini is a psychophysiological phenomenon concentrated in the spinal cord, inside which there is an important cerebrospinal fluid that is sensitive to the awakening of Kundalini in Muladhara. It is still impossible to determine what is happening with this fluid (the scientific concept has not yet been formed here), but one thing is certain: when the cerebrospinal fluid rises up the spinal column, the phases of consciousness change, which is evolutionarily important.
How does this happen? If you isolate consciousness from vibration, sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch, consciousness sinks into itself. Under the influence of pranayama, the cerebrospinal fluid dulls external perceptions, cutting off consciousness from them, and the latter acquires freedom. Following this, internal perceptions arise: fantastic pictures, sensations of weightlessness, amazing sounds and vibrations.
It is the author's deep conviction that a European person should not engage in raising the Kundalini and here is why.
First, he is in great danger of getting a mental disorder. Anyone can awaken the Kundalini - a saint and a poet, an artist and a warrior, and just an ordinary person. But how and where can Kundalini energy be controlled? This is the cardinal problem. The direction that Kundalini will take does not depend on the will of a person (and this must be clearly understood), but on his qualities and virtues. Kundalini can move either up or down. If the Kundalini is directed upward, a person receives the greatest spiritual development. If the Kundalini rushes down, a person (usually with an unpurified consciousness) becomes a victim of unbridled sexual passion, dragging him with a dizzying speed to the abyss and excessive ambitions that make him rebel against the whole world.
And second, why shouldn't a European man engage in raising the Kundalini? With a deep and careful study of various yogic systems, one comes to understand the indisputable fact that yoga is not only and not so much a system of empirical knowledge as a way of life, completely unacceptable for a European person living in the thick of social life and unable to break with social life and family and completely surrender oneself to inner self-ascension associated with the complete shutdown of all senses (meaning our five senses). Yes, as a result of turning off the five senses, the yogi receives polyphonically sharp, new sensations that are completely inaccessible to a European person. But at what cost? Here you can draw a rough analogy between a monk who devoted himself entirely to the idea of serving God and dwells in a monastery cell, and a yogi who buried himself in a cave and persistently trained for months (and sometimes years) to achieve complete control and control over his body in the name of achieving transcendental thinking. and gaining complete freedom.
According to the author, it is easier, safer and more reliable, using a unique r / e method with the use of vibrational rows, to cleanse your consciousness and unconscious sphere from various negative energy-informational structures according to the method described in the chapters using the same r / e method and determining the degree of evolutionary development of the chakras, make a conclusion about the possibility of further development, clearing the chakras and the passage of the Kundalini through Sushumna (see,). Understanding the relationship with the surrounding social and natural environment, everyone can radically test the level of development of their moral and moral qualities (see,.). And then if, as a result of the purification and desire of a person, the rise of Kundalini and the development of superconsciousness in a person occurs, this will happen freely, naturally and harmoniously, and most importantly, it is safe for his mental health.
Let's return to the consideration of the structural formations of the etheric body.
In addition to the main classical chakras in Indo-Tibetan medicine, there is a description of additional chakras. There are significant discrepancies in the number of chakras seen and felt by the authors, described in the West and in the East. This number ranges from six (Indian and Tibetan tantras) to 12-14 (England, Russia). This discrepancy can be explained by the fact that the number of chakras with their different ranges of radiation is viewed by the authors using introverted methods, and each operator looks at the body through his "resonance window", that is, he comprehends only certain spectra of chakra radiation. It depends on the clarity and level of perception of the operator and the degree of his training. The system of additional chakras and connections between them is presented, which has proved itself well in the author's practical long-term r / e work. The main base of this system is borrowed from work. In order not to tire the reader with complex Sanskrit names, all chakras, main and additional, are numbered, starting with Ajna (indicated by the number 1).
The condition of the additional head chakras (4, 5, 6, 7) is extremely important for the body. Disruption of the normal operation of additional chakras 4, 6, 5 and the main chakras 1,2 causes a number of pathological conditions of the brain - schizophrenia, epilepsy, arachnoiditis, etc. Additional chakras 6, 7 together with chakra 3 carry out a set of cosmic energy of the desired type, transforming it into vital energy (KI, CHI, prana).
According to introverted data recent years discovered an energy center, the inclusion of which makes it possible to produce cascade self-regulation and regeneration of organs. This is additional chakra 14. It is asymmetrical, located on the left side of the body, above the pancreas, closer to its tail. It was found that the energy center is already disconnected in infants, that is, the reason for the disconnection of this center lies, most likely, in engrams of conception, prenatal period and childbirth. Therefore, it is necessary to check the r / e by the method whether this energetic organ is turned on or off. If disabled, PBF homeostasis is low (the pendulum above this center rotates counterclockwise). PBF homeostasis (psychobiophysiological homeostasis) is the constancy of 7 types of energies (physical, etheric, astral and 4 mental).
It is necessary to find out the deepest cause (shutdowns and eliminate it with a vibration row (see section.
Energy in the form of vibrating currents moves along the spine along the main energy highway, which is called "Sushumna" in Indo-Tibetan medicine, as well as along two lateral parallel highways ("Ida" and "Pingale" nadi), forming seven cone-shaped vortices, which in Sanskrit received the name of the chakras. Nadis are the channels that connect the chakras to the organs. There are a total of 64,000 of them. In Indo-Tibetan medicine (yogic branch), special importance is attached to three channels: sushumna, ida and pingala.
Indo-Tibetan medicine distinguishes seven main chakras, which have the following Sanskrit names (numbering - from bottom to top) and location:
1. Muladhara (tailbone area),
2. Svadhisthana (between the pubis and the navel),
3. Manipura (solar plexus),
4. Anahata (heart level),
5. Vishuddha (base of the throat),
6. Ajna (frontal triangle, in the area between the eyebrows),
7. Sahasrara (crown of the head).
Graphic images (mandalas) of the chakras and the location of the chakras on the human body, according to Indian tantra, are shown in Fig. 2, 3
The main functions of the chakras are reception and generation of energy, its transformation and accumulation, informational and energy distribution between chakras and organs, as well as between chakras and subtle bodies.
The connection of the main chakras with the subtle bodies and organs in the physical body, as well as the influence of each chakra on the physical and mental state of the human body with the balance and imbalance of energy in the chakras is presented in Table 1. As can be seen from the table, energy disturbance in one or more chakras leads at first to very serious functional diseases, and then to organic and mental disorders.
In addition to the seven main chakras, there are also additional chakras, connected with each other by certain energy flows and chakra connections.
Additional chakras and connections between them are shown in Fig. 4-8. The numbering of the main and additional chakras in the figure for the convenience of examination is given, starting with "Ajna", which is indicated by the number 1.
The condition of the additional head chakras (4, 5, 6, 7) is extremely important for the body. Disruption of the normal functioning of additional chakras 4, 5 and main chakras 1, 2 causes a number of pathological conditions of the brain - schizophrenia, epilepsy, arachnoiditis, etc. Additional chakras 6, 7 together with chakra 3 carry out a set of cosmic energy of the desired type, transforming it into vital energy ( Ki, Chi, Prana).
The appearance of "plugs" in chakra connections, as well as a complete break or asymmetry in them, which are the result of such reasons as engrams, programs, dormant infections, aural entities, etc., leads to such complex diseases as diabetes, neurogenic impotence, multiple sclerosis etc. A sure sign of schizophrenia is the emergence of new connections of additional chakras 6, 7, 2 with space ("devil's horns") (Fig. 8). Therefore, early radiestetic diagnostics of the chakras, both basic and additional, is desirable, as well as the determination of the pathology of chakra connections, which are carried out using the system diagnostics algorithm (see Ch. 4).
2.3.2 Methods of managing energy centers (chakras)
Chakra management techniques derive from consideration of the chakra structure, which was discovered 40 centuries ago through introverted methods.
What is chakra?
The following elements are distinguished in the chakra:
A resonant cavity that responds to a specific wavelength (color) and to specific sounds (mantras);
A command center, attached inside the canal of the spinal cord sheath (Padma);
Nerve plexuses;
The endocrine gland that lies at the base of each chakra.
All four elements can be affected.
Indo-Tibetan medicine has developed a whole arsenal of treatments for the seven main chakras. These are Hatha Yoga exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), a special technique of color, sound effects (mantras), meditation on a graphic image of the chakra (mandala), and others.
The practice of asanas (especially inverted postures), if not started in childhood and without an experienced teacher, is not safe for a Western person, who, as a rule, has a blockage in the spine by the age of 25. The same warnings apply to Pranayama, which is destructive if used incorrectly. In polluted cities one can only do Pranayama mentally.
In table 1, in the five lower columns, the most simple and completely safe methods for the patient to independently influence each chakra are presented.
In the column "Mantra" (bijna), the main combinations of sounds (bijna) are given, the pronunciation of which increases the energy potential in the chakra.
For example, if by the R-method you find that your Muladhara chakra is closed, then repeating the "Lam" sounds will increase the energy potential in this chakra. The number of pronunciations must be a multiple of 3 (3, 6, 9, etc.). At least the mantra is recited 36 times. Only one chakra is cleared in one session.
Modern sound therapy, which is called melotherapy, is based on the swinging (modulation) of sound vibrations of the resonating chakra cavity. Currently, modern composers have created special musical compositions that enhance the energy in the chakras. Among them, the composition "Oxygen" by the French composer Jean Michel Jaret, which affects all 7 chakras, stands out. Assessing the effectiveness of such an influence, Buddhist monks introduced it into worship in Japanese Buddhist temples.
The largest music center for music therapy is located in Paris, where there is a rich music library with a large selection of music pieces individually selected for the patient, from classical pieces (Bach, Mozart, Haydn, etc.) to modern rock music.
One-sided passion for rock music leads to an asymmetry of chakra connections connecting the lower Muladhara chakra with the rest of the chakras, and is fraught with devastating consequences for the body, including mental disorders.
Since the mantras "OM" and "AUM" contribute to establishing a connection with the higher spiritual plane and connecting to the eastern egregor, Orthodox Church warning about this, does not recommend practicing these mantras. Therefore, in the table, instead of the mantra "OM", the combination of sounds "BOM" is indicated, resembling a bell ringing, and instead of "AUM", the combination "Amen" is given, which ends all Christian prayers.
In table 1 in the column "Color" are presented the colors affecting the 7 main chakras. The simplest influence with color consists in the patient wearing clothes and individual toilet items of a certain color, as well as creating a color composition at home with a predominance of color or a color spectrum that is absent in the patient's aura. Usually, the person himself instinctively gravitates towards the color that can help him clear the corresponding chakra. This principle builds early diagnosis mental and psychosomatic disorders, developed by the Austrian psychologist Luscher (Luscher test, which has received international recognition and is widely used in our country and abroad when hiring, concluding marriage contracts, etc.).
Modern color therapy is based on the principle of the influence of color on the chakra. The largest modern color therapy center is located in London.
The next column is trace elements. The simplest method of exposure is to include in the daily diet foods that have a rich selection of trace elements: honey, bee bread (bee product), apple cider vinegar, milk, chocolate, seaweed etc. The selection of food products should be strictly individual and carried out by the R-method. Sometimes, only by taking honeycomb, individually selected by the R-method and containing simultaneously honey and bee bread, it was possible to remove the energy imbalance in the two upper chakras (Ajna and Sahasrara) and prevent the development of cerebral tumor in patients suffering from very complex disorders associated with the closure of these chakras.
In the column "Acupuncture points" are indicated acupuncture points, the impact on which by the method of moderate pressure for 2-5 seconds leads to the normalization of the chakra, which is controlled by the R-method.
In the column "Platonic Solids" are given geometric figures, the wearing of which in the places where the chakras are approximately located or the inclusion of their image in the composite vibrational rows gives a good effect to eliminate the imbalance of energy in the corresponding chakra. These are the so-called crystalline forms (Platonic solids), the influence of which on energy centers was discovered in ancient times. You can make these geometric shapes from copper wire 10 to 30 cm in size, place all five bodies on the corresponding chakra projection zones on the body and lie down for a while in deep relaxation. Experiments carried out in our country and in the USA have shown that wireframes of Platonic solids made of copper wire have a powerful harmonizing and energizing effect on the chakras.
The selection of methods for influencing the chakras is carried out by the R-method according to the phantom.
Currently, there is a huge amount of literature and sites about chakras and their meaning for humans. The more information, the more it becomes overgrown with personal interpretations of the authors, which do not always correspond to the truth. Today I also want to give you information about energy chakras, about the development of chakras, about the importance of knowledge about chakras in a person's life. This is very important information Knowing and using correctly this most valuable information, you can radically change your life for the better, find happiness, success and good health.
As always, I will present this material to you in accordance with generally accepted ideas and at a level that is accessible to everyone who wants to live consciously and create their own destiny. And for this, most people do not need to go into the jungle of this knowledge. After all, the majority today are only approaching the average level of human development. And for this level of development, this knowledge and practice will be enough. I checked this with my practice and therefore I can safely share information with you. What are these chakras and what is their significance in our life?
I want to make a reservation right away that all these concepts cannot be accurately depicted as they really are, this is a schematic presentation that can be understood by our material brain and used in practice. Let us recall the words of the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu: "What can be said cannot be true." After all, subtle bodies and chakras exist in a multidimensional space, which we, as beings of a 3-dimensional space, cannot even imagine, let alone understand. That is why there are numerous trends and directions in this matter. But practice shows that this "translation" of information into human language can work and get the result we need.
Chakras are subtle structures of our subtle bodies through which we receive the life-giving energy of the Creator from the Cosmos. It is the chakras that connect all our bodies into a single complex self-regulating system. (). The chakra system is complex and diverse. We have about 120 of them, but seven chakras are considered basic... Many add four more to the main ones, two each on the palms and feet, and this is not devoid of practical significance.
When the chakras are open enough and function harmoniously, a person will always be full of strength and energy, he will have excellent health, he will be successful in all aspects of Being, happy and rich. Violation of at least one chakra will immediately find its expression in the problems associated with its function, and the imbalance of all chakras will lead to a complete "mess" in life. Violations in the chakra system occur most often due to our illiteracy, inadequate actions, negative emotional background and negative thinking. And since we can disturb the energy of the chakras, we can correct it. But for this you need to know where to look for the chakras, how they function, how the chakras are harmonized.
The location of the chakras.
First chakra- The root or muladhara is located at the base of the spine between the anus and the genitals. It has one direction (schematically depicted by one funnel). Through it, communication with the energy of the Earth is carried out. In frequency, it is synchronous with red, the note "C" and the phrase "lamas". All these characteristics will be important when working with chakras.
Second chakra- sexual or svadhisthana is located on the spine in projection at the height of 2 fingers below the navel. It has a front and back funnel. Synchronized with orange, "re" and the phrase "you".
Third chakra- the solar plexus chakra or manipura is located above the navel in the solar plexus region, has two funnels. It is synchronized with the yellow color, the "mi" note, the word "ram".
Fourth chakra- cardiac or anahata is projected onto the area of the 5th thoracic vertebra in the center of the chest, approximately in the area of the heart. It also has two funnels, synchronizes with in green, the note "fa", and the word "yam".
Fifth chakra- throat or vishuddha is located in the neck area between the throat and larynx. It has two funnels, synchronized with the blue color, the note "salt", the word "gum" (lips are oval and air is pushed out of the throat).
Sixth chakra- "third eye" or ajna is projected between the eyebrows in the center of the forehead. Has two funnels, synchronized with dark blue, the note "la", the word "Om".
Seventh chakra- the crown or sahasrara has a projection in the region of the highest point of the crown. It has one funnel and is associated with the energy of the Cosmos. Synchronized with purple, white and gold colors, the note "si".
Now there is information about the appearance of additional chakras in humans in connection with the transition of the Earth to a new stage of evolution. But information about this is still scattered, let's wait until crystals of truth appear. Moreover, it would be good for us to perfectly learn how to work with the "old" chakras. The Higher powers will take care of the work of the new chakras at this stage. Now children will already be born with a new energy, as they grow up, comprehensive information on this issue will be given.
The knowledge of the location of the chakras will be needed to correct their work in various techniques, which I will tell you about, gradually complicating them. Chakras can be activated using the appropriate color, sounds and physical exercises... The simplest and most effective technique for harmonizing chakras is working with specially created mandalas for each chakra. You have already seen the mandalas in the pictures.
Technique of activation and harmonization of chakras using mandalas.
You need to work once a day. In turn, starting with the first, it is necessary to contemplate these mandalas. Moreover, it is necessary to start gradually from 1-2 minutes, bringing the time of contemplation to 5-10 minutes. Then close your eyes and save the image of the mandyla on the inner screen in the region of the "third eye" for 5-10 minutes. Mandalas can be contemplated from the monitor screen, but it is better to print them on glossy photo paper.
Now let's study the information about the importance of chakras in human life. Both physiological and psychological aspects are important. This knowledge will help you understand yourself, the sources of your problems, as well as other people.
MULADHARA.
This is a reserve of human energy, its potential. It concentrates and distributes vital energy. Normally, she is always ready to give the right amount of energy for life. She supervises, providing energy to the legs, spine, rectum, bladder, genitals, blood. She also oversees the production of adrenaline by the adrenal glands in case of a threat to life, which gives a powerful flow of energy into the body to solve the problem. It has a connection with the Earth and can be fueled by the energy of the Earth through biologically hotspots and chakras on the feet. This is why it is very beneficial to walk barefoot on the ground.Don't ignore this fact to fuel your energy.
Psychologically, it gives a person a sense of connection with the Earth, the presence of support in life, love of life, determination, courage, cheerfulness, confidence in the future, solidity, openness, straightforwardness and a tendency to leadership.
For its development, a struggle for survival is necessary. For the majority, there are no problems with this in our country. For those for whom survival becomes irrelevant, there is an extreme. That is why rich people are constantly attracted to extreme sports: fast driving, parachuting, diving and other types of it.
If a situation of an excess of energy is created in this chakra, then this is manifested in an excessive craving for material pleasures (food, rags, money, drunkenness, sexual pleasures). This chakra state is characterized by pronounced selfishness, aggressiveness, cruelty, imposing one's opinion on everyone. These people, as a rule, develop hypertension, high blood cholesterol, obesity, rheumatism, and joint diseases.
If mooladhara is blocked and there is not enough energy in it, then a person is characterized by weakness, fatigue, poor memory, laziness, apathy, cowardice, passivity, inability to solve material problems. They are characterized by problems with the spine, osteoporosis of bones, uterine fibroids, prostate adenomas, frigidity, impotence.
SWADHISTANA
This is a reservoir of human sexual energy, which is necessary for the processes of human reproduction. The energy of this chakra supports the balance of sex hormones, sperm activity, genital function, digestion, immunity, liver, kidneys, spleen, intestines, pancreas and lymph nodes. She maintains libido (attraction to the opposite sex).
Psychologically, she gives confidence in her abilities, supports the sexual instinct, the sense of herd, the element of desires and passions. It is these properties that politicians and advertisers play on. With harmonious work and chakra development, a person is cheerful, witty, courageous, independent, impulsive, passionate, sociable and has a high vitality.
With excessive activity of svadhisthana, a person becomes characterized by: nervous breakdowns, anger, jealousy, nymphomania, craving for sexual excesses and perversions
With her weakness, there is no sex drive, frigidity, lack of orgasm during sex, infertility, and miscarriages develop. Such a person cannot live his own life, he easily succumbs to someone else's influence.
MANIPURA
Physiologically, it feeds the stomach, liver, gall bladder, adrenal glands, pancreas, oversees the production of digestive enzymes and the state of the sympathetic nervous system.
On the psychological plane, it is the center of will, hard work, diligence, the desire to stand out in society, and self-actualize. With strong manipulation, we are faced with a business person who knows how to achieve a goal by his work, relying on his own strength. In the life of this person there is no longer a constant struggle for his ideals and beliefs, his life becomes calm and measured. They have expressed a sense of justice and duty to people and society.
With an excess of energy in manipura, there is a desire to get involved in all matters, to interfere in the fate of other people, excessive rationalism, careerism, obsession with some ideas (diets, political fanaticism). Such people are characterized by arrogance, arrogance, anger, anger, vanity. All this leads to various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, more often of an inflammatory nature.
With weak manipura, a person is weak-willed, cannot set goals, achieve them, lives in a world of empty dreams, is not able to make important decisions on his own, cannot say a firm "no", nervous, fussy, easily obeys someone else's will. For them, ulcerative processes in the digestive organs with the transition to cancer are very characteristic.
ANAKHATA.
This is a very important component in the chakra system and energy of our body. ITS figuratively can be compared with a crossroads that connects all chakras with each other and with subtle bodies, distributing energy between them. Anahata is not connected with the Ego of a person, it is connected with the soul. Therefore, by right, the people assigned the meaning of the soul to it. And this is not devoid of meaning, because it unites into a single whole all the subtle structures that are part of the concept of the soul. ().
Physiologically, it energizes the thymus, upper back, lungs, heart and the entire cardiovascular system, as well as the lymphatic system.
On the psychological plane, she manages emotions and feelings to maintain harmony between the impulses of low desires coming from the lower chakras, with impulses coming from the higher centers. Thus, she takes part in the formation of our behavior. It balances, calms, disciplines. Through her, the qualities of our Divine soul are manifested, which are automatically perceived to form actions in certain situations. That's when we say: "I cannot do otherwise."
A person of developed anahata is kind, merciful, compassionate, he is happy, joyful in any conditions, he is able to love not so much himself as other people and the whole World. Next to such a person it is warm, light and calm, you want to communicate with him indefinitely. They accept life as it is and accept people without condemnation as they are. And therefore, their life also flows easily and naturally, and in their life there is always love, happiness, success and prosperity, everything that they need for happy life... There are few such people on Earth now, especially among men. Therefore, the task facing women in the Age of Aquarius is to develop this chakra in themselves to the optimal level and help men to do this too.
With an overly active anahata in a person, love takes on ugly forms. This is either excessive love for one's own person (narcissism), or insane love for others (excessive motherly love). These people are characterized by such health deviations as vegetative-vascular dystonia, neuroses and diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
With a lack of energy in anahata, a person becomes dependent on the love of others, in the absence of it he is sad, worried, and does not find a place for himself in life. This person is emotionally cold, callous, does not know how to express his feelings, therefore, he is lonely, suffers from depression, neurasthenia, insufficiency of the circulatory system.
VISHUDHA.
The physiological aspect of the chakra is to ensure optimal communication between people and the world around them. It is a vocational guidance center. People with a developed anahata always choose the right type of their activity, which allows him to realize his life tasks. Such work is a joy to him and he achieves a lot in this field. Vishuddha supervises the face, neck, thyroid gland, throat, eyes, teeth, ears, shoulders, arms. It is involved in the metabolism and distribution of calcium in the body.
On a psychological level, she is the center of speech, creativity and talents. It is thanks to this chakra that a person receives new ideas, insights and guesses. With developed vishudha, a person has a good command of voice and speech. He can easily express himself and communicate with people around him. But the development and opening of this chakra is very dependent on the activity of the first 3 chakras. If they are not developed, then little energy enters vishuddhu and a person cannot manifest his talents, he does not have enough energy for creativity.
If the chakra is on a starvation ration, then the person has a clumsy speech or is generally silent, vocabulary words are small, a person cannot express his feelings, he has a squeaky unpleasant voice, poor gestures. Often he cannot decide on his profession, makes mistakes with his choice and works without love. These people are characterized by thyroid tumors, insomnia, depression.
With an overabundance of energy in this chakra, a person is talkative, does not know how to listen to others, and excessively gesticulates. He develops megalomania, he only recognizes his innocence, loves to argue, ridicule others. These people are prone to diseases of the thyroid gland, throat, teeth, obesity or thinness, rapid aging and loss of strength.
To open this chakra, it is necessary to learn to communicate, improve speech, choose the right profession, so that work is a joy. And work on all the underlying centers.
AJNA.
Its physiology is determined by the fact that it receives energy from the crown chakra, brings it down and thereby controls the entire body. She oversees the pituitary gland, cerebellum, central nervous system, controls all endocrine glands.
On a psychological level, it is the center of intuition. If the chakra is developed, a person intuitively receives the necessary information at the right time, so he always knows more than he taught. Ajna man consciously controls life, all his desires are quickly fulfilled. It is revealed by higher powers only in highly spiritual people, otherwise a person can easily realize his base desires and do such a thing that will not seem to anyone. As this center opens, a person develops superpowers: clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy.
If a person is overly intensely trying to develop this chakra to obtain superpowers without balancing other centers, he becomes characterized by an excessive demonstration of his mind, pride, a feeling of superiority over others, a loss of connection with reality and a loss of interest in life in the material World. It is clear that many problems will appear in the life of this person, but superpowers are unlikely to be discovered.
If the chakra is blocked, then a person lacks curiosity, he categorically refuses to recognize spiritual life, is indifferent to art, culture, science. He is subject to a pronounced herd instinct.
SAHASRAR.
This is the entrance gate of the Creator's energy. This is the level of righteousness, the center of a person's highest aspirations. This is the center of insight. This center is developed in units, in others it is slightly open and the degree of its opening depends on the level of his spirituality. Sometimes he's on a short time can open up to a greater extent and the person receives enlightenment.
Yogis believe that in the first chakra in a dormant state there is the life-giving energy of Kundalini, upon awakening it rises upward, reaches the crown chakra and enlightenment occurs in people. All the righteous who achieve this have a glow around their heads. Hence they called it enlightenment. We are still very far from this, but we must strive for this on the path of spiritual development.
If this center is closed, then a person has no aspiration for spiritual life, improvement, he does not feel unity with the Universe, feels isolation from the World, ceases to be aware of himself and usually suffers from mental disorders. In less pronounced forms, a person suffers from the fear of death, constant headaches, and multiple sclerosis.
Forcibly opening this chakra prematurely leads to schizophrenia, delusional states, drug addiction and mental disorders.
I think you understand that the chakra system functions properly only in complete unity. An imbalance in one of them leads to health, mental, emotional and spiritual problems. The strongest and most stable are the first two chakras, because they are responsible for survival and reproduction. The most vulnerable are the 3rd, 4,5th centers, because they are located far from the energy source. Their state depends on our actions, emotions, feelings and thoughts.
Chakras are closely related to subtle bodies. Subtle bodies, depending on the frequencies of energy, are divided into 3 subsections: Lower, middle and higher. For example, in the astral body, the lower astral will be filled with negative emotions and aspirations, the higher, respectively, with higher emotions.
First and second chakras connected with the physical and etheric bodies, as well as with the lower astral.
Third and fourth chakras connected with the middle and higher astral, as well as with the lower mental.
Fifth and sixth chakras associated with the higher astral, higher mental and causal body.
Seventh chakra connected with the body "I am individuality" and the body of the Absolute.
Based on the listed connections, we can conclude that the key to opening the chakras is the painstaking work of clearing all bodies of low frequency energies.
Chakras together with subtle bodies form the AURA. It is individual for each person and is colored in the colors of open chakras and energies of subtle bodies. Today it is already possible to take a picture of your aura on special devices and control its dynamics when working with chakras. Here is a snapshot of my aura. From the picture of the aura, one can understand which centers are mainly self-realization of a person.
Today you have received enough information for reflection, which means for the development of the mental body. Moreover, you can already:
1. Carry out a self-diagnosis of the state of your chakra system.
2. Outline a plan of work to improve it.
3. Start to harmonize the chakras with the help ofyu meditation with mandalas.
In the following topics, we will master specific ways to develop chakras and use knowledge to attract health, happiness, joy and love into our lives. Subscribe to the site news in order not to miss the following topics.
I would like to know from you: did I clearly present the material? Was this information helpful to you? Would you like to continue this topic? Are you interested in it?

The appearance of "plugs" in chakra connections, as well as a complete break or asymmetry in them, which are the result of such reasons as engrams, programs, dormant infections, aural entities, etc., leads to such complex diseases as diabetes, neurogenic impotence, multiple sclerosis, etc. 4).
