  1. Place a small container of water on the stove. Rinse and dry the chicken breast, remove the white film and cartilage. Separate the tenderloin from the body and store in the freezer. Do not add it to the dish: during the frying process, the thin layer of the breast will turn into a crouton.
    Gently dip the meat in boiling water, after boiling, remove the thick foam and salt. Boil the chicken breast over moderate heat to retain all the juices and not dry out the top layers. After 15-20 minutes, remove the pan from the stove, but do not take out the meat, otherwise it will become frayed.
    Cut the warm breast into neat cubes, transfer to a bowl and cover with a towel.
  2. Rinse the carrots well, peel and grate using fine teeth of a grater. Rinse green onions under running water, cut into thin rings. In winter, you can use frozen green feathers or other types of onions: onions, Crimean and white.
    Boil horns or other pasta at this time. For a richer flavor, use chicken bouillon... It will "present" the pasta with its own aroma and flavor.

  3. Place prepared chicken in a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown over medium heat. Be careful: do not overdry the "minced meat"! If the chicken is slightly undercooked, it will be much juicier after frying.

  4. Send the prepared onions with carrots to the meat and mix. The ingredients should not be cooked for a long time or the chicken will lose its valuable juices. If the navy-style pasta will be with onions, then lay it before the meat so that it has time to cook. Pre-pickled onions can be added at the same time as carrots.

  5. Minced meat is ready. The carrots will turn out to be a little damp, but this will add spice to the dish. Before frying it can be marinated in herbs and spices, add Korean-style seasoning. If you prefer a fully cooked root vegetable, then stew it separately and well in advance.

  6. Put the boiled, strained and washed horns in a pan with the minced chicken. Stir gently so as not to compromise the integrity of the pasta. Heat the dish well so that all components are at the same temperature.
  7. Golden pasta with carrot carotene, navy-style pasta with chicken fillet is perfect for the dinner table. The dish goes well with vegetable salad and pickles.
