Within the framework of the event, the results of the Festival were summed up. In addition to Moscow and the Moscow Region, 47 regions of the country took part in the Festival this year. Based on the selection results best works will be presented at a special interactive exposition of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2015, which is attended with great interest by top officials of the state and other distinguished guests. Festival "From the screw!" this year is held for the tenth anniversary time.

The winner in the field of aviation was Daniil Kraselnikov from the Technical Education Center of the Vorobyovy Gory State Budgetary Educational Institution. He presented replica models of the first Russian military aircraft. The second place was taken by Alexander Zakoluzhsky. The third in the nomination was Pavel Komarov, who presented the "Wings of Fantasy" line model.
In the field of astronautics, Artyom Vasyunik received a first-degree diploma for the model of the Chibis-M microsatellite. The second place went to Ivan Povazhnyuk thanks to his model of a copy of the R17 rocket.
In the nomination "Physical and technical projects in the field of aviation and cosmonautics" the first was Suchkov Alexander, who presented space rovers at the festival. The second place went to Timur Syrovyalin for the project “Automatic transportation of goods at airports”.
All winners got the right to demonstrate their work at MAKS-2015.
The culmination of the festival was the first dance flashmob YOUTH FOR SCIENCE, dedicated to young engineers of the future. This action was attended by over 3000 schoolchildren and students of the rating universities of the capital, participants of the festival "From the screw!"

Since August 25, 2015, within the framework of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2015, the V International Festival of Children's and Youth Scientific and Technical Creativity "From the Screw!"
The main goal of the festival was to find and support children and youth who are fond of aviation and astronautics, identify and develop their creative abilities, improve skills in the chosen direction of scientific and technical creativity, familiarize themselves with the advanced achievements of science and technology, expand their horizons and provide them with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge. The participants of the Festival got a unique chance to declare themselves at the largest world show of achievements in the field of aviation and astronautics, as future scientists, engineers, designers, space explorers.
Visitors saw models and models of aircraft (passenger, military, sports, historical, modern, future, etc.), spaceships, interplanetary stations, aeronautical systems, samples of robotics, aerospace-themed paintings and other works created by the hands of the festival participants.

In total, more than 170 works, created by young engineers, models and mock-ups of aircraft, rockets, spacecraft, interplanetary stations, air navigation systems and samples of robotics. Among the most unusual exhibits are the guided prototype of the second in a series of Soviet lunar self-propelled rovers Lunokhod, a mock spacesuit for work in open space Orlan and a mobile docking simulator TPK Soyuz and much more.

As part of the business program of the festival "From the screw!" at MAKS-2017, round tables were held on the implementation of personnel policy and vocational guidance of leading industry enterprises and corporations, presentations, seminars for mentors on scientific and technical creativity, hackathons, lectures on the latest discoveries at the intersection of sciences, competitions in aircraft modeling and a practical lesson on the manufacture of a quadrocopter. Together with the Moscow State Educational Complex, the organizers of the Ot Vinta festival lectures and seminars on WorldSkills competencies were held for three days. One of the most important events was the development of new professional competencies - "Internet marketing", "recruiting", " life cycle product ”and“ piloting ”. The guys united into teams and prepared presentations on the introduction of these professions in the corporate environment, including on the example of the UAC. The jury, which evaluated the projects and developments of the participants, included representatives of the UAC (Lyubava Shepeleva), ASI (Yulia Khanzhina), the pavilion "University Science" (Galina Kochekovskaya), MGOK (Igor Artemiev) and others. The visit of the head of the Russian direction of WorldSkills, Robert Urazov, was a pleasant surprise for the children.

Based on the results of the work of the panel of judges, out of 170 projects, the four best were selected, among which there were two works of the team from Novocherkassk. Representatives of SRSPU (NPI) Daniil Kharlamov and Kirill Petryaev, who are engaged in the Center for Youth Innovative Creativity at the University, presented the projects "An unmanned system for monitoring the ornithological situation of an airfield" and "An autonomous unmanned system for diagnosing the state of a high-voltage power line."
“The first project is needed to ensure the security of airports. Our device allows birds to be scared off the runway using human-safe and highly sensitive ultrasound technology. The second device is a quadrocopter, which makes it possible to quickly monitor the state of high-voltage power lines with minimal human and financial costs, ”said the author of the first project, Daniil Kharlamov.
Note that the exposition "From the screw!" in 2007 it became the first platform for presenting creative works of technically gifted schoolchildren and students at MAKS. Thanks to participation in the festival, all children who are passionate about technical creativity from the most remote cities of Russia, small circles and large sections have the opportunity not only to present their inventions, but also to exchange experience with each other and with students, teachers of Moscow State University, KAI, MAI and other universities participating at the festival. For the second year, graduates of Sirius have taken part in the festival, in the opening of which two years ago, at the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation, young engineers participated.
Organizers of the Ot Vinta festival every year they improve the quality of the exposition and attract participants not only from Russia, but also from other countries. So, at MAKS-2017, the works of the young participants of the event attracted special attention of representatives of the aviation industry of the United Arab Emirates, and the guys received an invitation to present their exposition at the International Exhibition and Conference of Security Technologies and Defense Methods IDEX-2018 in Abu Dhabi.

An important event for the children was a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, Supervisory Board of the State Corporation Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, who highly appreciated the inquisitive minds and great potential of the young generation: “It is important to continue to actively support the festival“ From screw! ”! Among the inventions of young engineers that aroused keen interest - an unmanned boat with an increased margin of autonomy, a model of an autonomous underwater vehicle with remote control as well as battleships, icebreakers and steamers.
Four schoolchildren from St. Petersburg, participants of "From the screw!" - Yan Evdokimov (15 years old), Kirill Kupyansky (16 years old), Gleb Vlasov (14 years old) and Andrey Mikhailov (11 years old), - presented a model of an aircraft that will never fall.
“This creates a cushion effect and increases its carrying capacity,” explains Yang. - The main problem is that, due to the rise of the aircraft from the cushion, the center of the wing's lift is shifted forward. In the future, Yan Evdokimov sees himself as an aircraft designer: “This is very interesting to me. Many people think that building an airplane is easy, but there are a number of pitfalls. You find out about this when you start to seriously understand, ”the boy says seriously.
The novice designer Ilya Maksimov (11 years old) from the city of Izhevsk will be able to present his work, which was unanimously highly appreciated, at the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM -2017, which will be held from 10 to 13 July in Yekaterinburg. “I made a remote-controlled submarine,” says Ilya. “This is a working model that carries out all the planned processes, and during the design study it will be able to execute commands from the remote control while submerged in water”.
In addition to the presentation of the Ot Vinta stand, which was a great success among the guests, interesting specialized excursions awaited the young inventors, where they discovered a lot of new things. In addition to getting acquainted with domestic and foreign expositions presented at the event, as part of the rich educational program of the salon, the children visited the Baltic Shipyard, examined the Naval Museum, the port city of Kronstadt and even boarded a submarine, which brought them great joy. Also for the children we had an exclusive excursion to the warship - the minesweeper "Alexander Obukhov", which came from the Baltic. The cultural part of the event prepared for the children an excursion around St. Petersburg and a trip to the State Hermitage.
It is important to note that within the framework of the Eighth International Maritime Defense Show, the contestants of the semi-final educational project"Tsar Carpenter". The guys with deep knowledge of maritime affairs and the history of shipbuilding actively interacted with the participants of the Ot vinta! - visited friendly stands, made acquaintances, shared experiences and plans for the future. Andrei Galkin, director of the Russian Fleet Support Fund, the developer of the Russian Maritime Cultural Heritage program and the Tsar Carpenter project, assisted in reaching an agreement on future joint work.
