  • close the eyes, place the pads of the fourth finger at the inner corner of the eye (on the lacrimal sac), perform light pressure and circular movements clockwise;
  • we often blink for thirty seconds, the movement of the eyelids should be light, imagine that we are flapping the wings of a butterfly;
  • put the middle finger at the outer corner, perform light pressure and several circular movements. Then, rolling the finger from one side to the other, we pass along the lower eyelid (strictly along the edge of the orbit, that is, we put pressure on the bone). Next, we perform several circular movements at the inner corner and return to the temple, making rolling movements with a finger along the upper eyelid;
  • we repeat the “butterfly” exercise, that is, we often blink for 30 seconds.

Tonic

Another massage option that promotes rejuvenation and the elimination of wrinkles is performed as follows:

  • a small amount is applied to the skin of the eyelids and fingers cosmetic oil;
  • movements should be light sliding;
  • put the second and third fingers folded together at the inner corner, then we lead them to the outer corner, spreading the fingers so that the second slides along the upper eyelid, and the third along the lower one, at the outer corner the fingers close again. We perform five times;
  • then we move on to the impact on the points, there are eight in total: in the temporal fossae, along the contour of the lower orbit - at the outer corner of the eye, in the center, at the inner corner of the eye. The next four points are located above the eye - at the inner corner, at the beginning, in the center and at the outer edge of the eyebrow. Apply pressure to these points for 1 second. We repeat the movement three times;
  • we pass along the massage lines around the hole, performing light circular movements;
  • we draw fingers with light pressure along the eyebrow line and along the lower edge of the orbit, observing the direction of the massage lines;
  • we complete the massage by “drawing” vertical figure eights on the temples.

Spoon

This is an anti-wrinkle massage around the eyes, which is performed using a tool - dessert spoons. Spoons should be cold, they should be kept in the refrigerator for a short time (but not in the freezer!) or in cold water.

Before starting the session, apply a little cream or cosmetic oil to the convex side of the spoons. After that, you can proceed to the procedure:

  • we apply the prepared instruments to the inner corners of the eye and, performing wave-like movements, we move to the temples;
  • press spoons on the temple area three times;
  • performing wave-like movements, we move from the temples to the upper part of the auricle;
  • then from the top of the ear we lead down with pressure;
  • the complex is performed three times.
