Large-scale Beyond update for No Man's Sky received a release date Hello Games has been preparing the largest free update for No Man's Sky called Beyond for several months now. Today it became known when the new product will reach users ...

Total War: Warhammer is a tactical strategy game developed by Creative Assembly. The game will use the well-known branded Total War gameplay, but focused on Warhammer universe from Games Workshop.

Total War: Warhammer is the 9th installment in the Total War series and the first in the Total War: Warhammer trilogy. In the future, we are waiting for 2 more independent games and addons. This amazing trilogy promises to be the most ambitious project in the Total War lineup.

The game combines huge real-time battles and addictive turn-based campaigns. Hundreds of hours of play that will not weaken your interest for a minute, where, as before, you need to lead a power, engage in diplomatic relations, and also create your own Empire.

Development:

Back in 2012, Sega announced a partnership with Games Workshop to release several games for the Warhammer series. Sega commissioned the developer of the TW series, Creative Assembly, to develop these products. The first game was planned for 2013, but at that time Creative Assembly were busy creating five projects, including Total War: Rome II.

At the moment, the official announcement of the game has taken place and all fans of the game have been able to watch the announcement and gameplay trailer, which revealed some details of the plot and demonstrated weapons and various units.

And although the rules have changed, but, as before, the single constant value is the war!

There are only a few weeks left before the release of the long-awaited strategy, and the developers are more and more generous with fresh information every day. Let's take everything in order.

The first on our list is a gameplay video where the developers captured a battle scene between a horde of evil orcs with a bunch of dirty goblins and the knights of the Bretonnia faction, which, by the way, is not a game. In this ruthless battle, the greenskin brigade naturally wins. No, really, who can resist their expressive smiles, causing an irresistible desire to leave the battlefield while all the bones are intact?

In general, the trailer was not very impressive. He can only be thanked for the demonstration of the Bretonian fighters and for showing the combat mechanics, coupled with magic spells.

We won’t be fed up with gameplay videos alone, so for dessert, the developers prepared for us a very cold dish, mined from the dark depths of ancient graves, but nevertheless it is exquisite and tastes good, like the blood of a young maiden.

In the long-forgotten lands of Sylvania lurked SOMETHING, exhaled by the stench of cemeteries and many burials, and now it woke up - a true evil that does not know compassion and mercy. It accumulated its strength, waited in the wings, becoming more powerful every day. Now it's time for them to go out into the light and plunge it into darkness. The name of this evil is vampires.

It would seem that to shower the army of bloodsuckers with garlic and leave calmly with the peasants from the neighboring village for fishing, taking with them two barrels of hops and Zinochka, a servant from the lord's palace. But not only do these undead do not react to the garlic aroma, they also bit the squad of guards, turning them into their servants.

Kill them, do not kill them - they still rise from the graves at the behest of the necromancer and after that turn your army into the dead, which will later replenish the legions of zombies and skeletons of the army of evil. But even such immortal beings have their weaknesses. For example, they completely lack long-range units - only melee, only hardcore. So you can safely throw arrows at them until they come to you at arm's length. And then, if your army is not able to look death in the eye and not be horrified, you can run.

Developers are not going to indulge us with one undead. Fans of undersized men who work all their lives in the mines, extracting minerals with sweat and blood, will be delighted. After all, another playable faction was the race gnomes. But these are no longer those good-natured creatures who like to poison stories over a glass of beer. The war hardened them, and now they take great pleasure in poisoning their enemies with sharp blades.

The gnomes pursue only two goals: to return under their control the citadels in the Badlands, which belonged to them back in the days of their great-grandfathers, and to deal with all the offenses recorded in the Book of insults, where everyone who dares to stand in their way is entered, clearly underestimating their power. Yes, they may not naturally make perfect jack-of-all-trades, but their engineering talents are beyond praise. The formidable artillery of the dwarves and the stone in place will not leave the location of enemy units. And iron discipline and loyalty to their duty turns their army into a single indestructible monolith.

The threat comes not only from the ground and enemy loopholes, but also from the expanses of the blue sky. After all, somewhere behind the clouds hide terrible creatures that have wings from birth. They are waiting for the right moment to rain down death on you from heaven. So if you want to save your life and save your army from defeat, look at the heights more often, otherwise suddenly someone will fly from there.

The vampire faction has the most powerful sky cavalry. Their flying beasts deserve to be given the title of kings of the skies. What are they worth wargheists- sort of overgrown gargoyles, capable of laying down a small group of enemy soldiers with a wave of their wings, or terrorgeists - winged creatures with teeth as sharp as sharpened steel, restoring their strength at the expense of their victims. I don’t think it’s worth talking about skeleton dragons, and it’s clear to everyone that these birds are worth a whole army of elite fighters.

Players will have to shed blood in the name of their faction in the vastness of the Old World. This world is truly vast and beautiful. Wandering through its nooks and crannies, we will be able to admire the specific beauty of the dead steppes, where the greenskin wars found their haven, breathe in the fresh mountain air in the campaign of the dwarves, wander along the cobbled streets of the cities of Bretonnia, go to the excavations in the ancient mausoleum, taking a bunch of garlic with us, fry a barbecue on top of the volcano - in general, the whole world is at your feet. Go ahead and conquer it!

At least a little interested in the game, right? But are you afraid that your iron comrade will not be able to launch this creation? Especially for you, the system requirements of the game:

But this, rather, will be just a tablespoon of freebies in a barrel of paid content, which, for a certain amount, will open new chapters in the story campaign on behalf of new factions to players.

    Release Total War: WARHAMMER scheduled for May 24, 2016. And, as the creative director of the project said, "It will Best game series ".

    So wait, gentlemen.

    Attracts with its large-scale battles, compliance real history and tactical options. All true strategy fans are familiar with the series, and the free spinoff brings more sessional and more dynamic battles. The project offers high-quality graphics and the simultaneous battle of 20 generals who control three squads. A huge number of troops participate in the battles, which affects the required computer power. Interested players should check the minimum requirements of Total War: Arena by making sure that their PC or laptop has the appropriate power. After checking the relevance of your gaming system, you can start downloading the client and the first battles by choosing one of the legendary commanders ancient rome, Greece, Barbarians or Carthage.

    Total War: Arena Minimum System Requirements

    For a stable run on low settings we need equipment that matches or exceeds the minimum necessary requirements, which are the main guideline for everyone who wants to enjoy this game. It can also be launched on less powerful systems, but you need to manually configure the main video parameters. Disabling additional effects, reducing the quality of all textures and models, using a lower resolution will help to achieve acceptable performance on rather weak PCs.

    The developers indicate the minimum configuration at the strategy release stage, and subsequent updates can seriously update the visual component and increase the load on the PC. The editors constantly monitor the latest updates and publish details of the largest patches, so any increase in the requirements for components will immediately appear on the page.

    In mass battles, you need to monitor everything that happens on the battlefield, interact with the team and make quick tactical decisions. With constant delays and low graphics, it is difficult to manage squads and win battles, so owners of outdated PCs will have to think about upgrading the system. Only the recommended Total War: Arena system requirements can guarantee normal launch and operation of the game at medium and high settings. Owners of gaming laptops and modern computers will be able to enjoy exciting battles with the highest quality picture. Check the relevance of the equipment used and participate in online confrontations on ancient battlefields, controlling a famous commander and a large army of various units.

    In Warhammer: Total War, the system requirements of the developers are quite serious, but this is unlikely to stop anyone from trying this game. After all, such projects are not released so often, and at the same time they almost always gather a lot of fans.

    In this article, we will talk about what Warhammer: Total War will be like, the system requirements of this project and whether it is worth buying or downloading after the release.

    total war

    The game itself is a combination of the famous universe with the famous series, although for many gamers this does not even mean anything. Most people are looking at what Warhammer: Total War system requirements will have and what this game can do, although under it the authors suggest something more than a simple project.

    Total War includes a series of the most ambitious strategy games that previously told exclusively about historical events, from ancient Japan to the time of Napoleon. The main advantages of this series are the following:

    • large-scale battles, including thousands of units;
    • detailed study of all elements;
    • realism both globally and in battles between troops;
    • a huge variety of opportunities both in tactical terms and in the economic development of the state.

    Total War games have always been transported to a certain era, giving the opportunity to take on the role of the ruler of one of the countries or factions, and each time this journey was more exciting than the previous one.

    At the same time, game requests have always been quite large, and just like in Warhammer: Total War, the system requirements are far from suitable for everyone, however, the developers have constantly optimized games so that they can be run at minimum settings on relatively old machines.

    Total itself will be made in the usual Total War setting, but with some additions, such as magic and flying units (griffins, dragons, etc.). Also, the game will have its own unique storyline in the universe, and not just the capture of the surrounding lands by some ambitious commander.

    Warhammer

    Warhammer is a world-famous fantasy universe, the main elements of which are gloom, as well as the epic and the scale of everything that happens. Many may be more familiar with 40k, on which the already famous strategy Dawn of War was released, but Total War: Warhammer, the system requirements of which so many are interested in, will be based on the Fantasy universe.

    Few people know that in fact, many games have already been released in this universe. Fantasy football simulator Blood Bowl, Vermentide, Modheim, March of Chaos, as well as Warhammer Online, which many at one time called the WoW killer, and which, unlike most other projects with the same name, could really claim such a title.

    One way or another, but despite the abundance of Warhammer: Fantasy projects, almost none of them ever deserved dizzying popularity, and therefore Games Workshop decided to team up with another large company and release something really amazing in the form of Total War: Warhammer. The system requirements for this game on PC are quite high, but don't despair, because it is likely that the minimum requirements are too high, as is often the case.

    Thus, an incredible universe that brings fabulous profits to Games Workshop in the form of board game for more than 30 years, no one can adequately use it in video games in a way that will please fans, who, in turn, are not averse to thanking the creators financially.

    In addition to the fact that the merger of two such companies already promises very serious results and the possible success of the product, special attention should be paid to the fact that each of them has crossed a certain line.

    Games Workshop never gave their projects into the hands of large companies, trying to get by with small studios as much as possible, which most often led to the release of not the most successful projects with various shortcomings.

    Total War, on the other hand, had never released games that were not based on historical events and existing times, and for the first time decided to make a fantasy strategy.

    What should be your car?

    Total War: Warhammer has the following minimum system requirements:

    • processor: 3.0 GHz, preferably Intel Core 2 Duo;
    • RAM: 3 GB or 4 GB if used;
    • graphics card: 1 GB (Radeon or NVIDIA GTS 450).

    As you can see, with minimal settings, the game is not so demanding, so it can be installed on most even old computers.
