Leveling at the early levels became noticeably faster, a lot of unnecessary actions were removed from crafting, plus the class system was better tuned - a character in ArcheAge is created by "combining" three skill branches that the player chooses, and at first this approach led to problems in the balance. But at the same time, the mechanics are taken from the current version of ArcheAge - which means that pumping and crafts will be easier and more fun, and there will be much less problems with the balance. Moreover, new content on the "Haz" will appear much faster. Now the developers plan to release updates every month, but the schedule can be adjusted depending on how quickly the players pump and the server economy develops.

If you love really massive online games for hundreds of hours of time, then ArcheAge still has no competitors. It is perfectly balanced, packed to capacity with content and still looks very cool. A server with a small number of gamers in Archeage also has its advantages: stable connection without crashes, few PCs and enemies, more resources and rare mobs, lower competition; and disadvantages: long search party, few guilds

Sparsely populated servers have other advantages and other disadvantages.

Of the problems, it is more difficult for you to find a group here, and there are fewer guilds here, which is also not very pleasant.

But on the other hand, the connection is much more stable (since the server is not overloaded), the chances of stumbling upon a bored ganker (lover of free PvP) from the opposite faction are also less, in addition, it is easier to engage in resource extraction, hunting rare mobs and other similar things, since it is much lower competition.

Now let's talk about how the server opening date affects the choice of a server.

In general, everything is simple here. Older servers have a lot more experienced players who can create a lot of problems for newbies, even just out of boredom. On the other hand, there are more inexperienced players on the new servers, and the conditions are largely equal. But, another problem arises here. There are (almost always) a lot of players on the new server. So what to choose in the end.

It is best for a beginner to choose a server from newer ones, with not the highest online - here the competition is not the highest, and there are fewer strong players with whom it would be more difficult to compete. Let's start from the beginning when only. And now the servers were opened. Here I immediately remember how I was carried away by a crowd of shkoloty and cattle, which completely killed the atmosphere of the game. And these are not all the reasons.

Online began to fall, the forums were empty, the Maylovites decided to conduct polls about the game, everyone wanted to get "hardcore". My guess is that most hardcore gamers don't think of the term as a specific level of difficulty, but as a new level of humiliation for other players. That is, it is a very "pornographic" representation of this term, where the essence of arousal is not in overcoming difficult challenges, but the very fact of being on top and domination over newcomers. This untied the hands of the "indigenous people" and continued to kill the game.

After a while, all the normal players left, and the strong ones tried to restrain themselves, because many wanted to take the places of the "highest caste". But alas, noble guilds remain and now there are very few.

And you don't need to kill time stupidly completing quests and farming. It is now impossible to do anything, the monotony has killed the game.
