Course program

As part of your training, you:

  6. Get the right to take part in the work of the commission to test the knowledge of the labor protection requirements of the organization's employees.

Why is it so important to get trained?

According to Article 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, each employer is obliged to ensure that knowledge of labor protection requirements is tested at the enterprise. And according to Article 214 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, each employee is required to undergo an examination of knowledge of labor protection requirements at the enterprise.
