Conditions for the provision of individual transfers

1. The travel agent is obligatory at least 5 working days before the date of transfer to personal account in the Notes to the application is obliged to provide the Tour Operator:

2. 3. In the absence of timely information, the receiving party delivers the transport by the declared meeting time, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

4. In case of failure to inform about the delay or non-arrival of the client for any reason to the meeting point, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

5. In the event of a delay or postponement of the flight (train), the waiting for tourists by a vehicle with a driver agreed by the parties is made for an additional fee.

6. If tourists have the wrong one in the order mobile phone or the subscriber's phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or at the railway station, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

7. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with the contact numbers of our representative offices.

Not everything is changing for the better.
In the 16th year I really enjoyed my vacation in La Melia. We decided in the 17th: we will go twice! We rested well in June, everything is fresh and sparkles! The staff at the beginning of the season was very determined to create all the conditions for relaxation, so we had a very good rest! We checked in quickly, changed the room without any problems! The view is simply amazing to the sea, gorgeous sunsets! Cleanliness inside and out! Cozy everywhere! A snack bar, a playground has appeared! Outdoor sofas with pillows and rugs create a homely atmosphere. Cleaning daily, maids very attentive.
I want to stop for a trip at the end of August. The girls at the reception do not know how to smile or don’t want to. The porter Andrey compensates for their unwillingness to work. Polite, sociable, told everything, showed, helped. Eugene was also attentive to our requests, very polite. Most of the staff was tired, the guys were waiters flowing down the walls, moving reluctantly. Already no one opened the door of the restaurant for you and did not particularly wish you bon appetit, except that Yulia is a clever girl! Always friendly, helpful! The food is also tired, monotonous. The only time was delicious meat on the grill and meat pâté. The snacks are the same - pancakes, waffles, pizza. Apples and pears are tired of the winter. It would be possible to offer a watermelon in the heat. The bar served all the same beer and cocktail of the day. Only it was the same as on groundhog day: strawberry syrup, sprite, vodka, poured into a glass by eye. Ordered a shish kebab - not tasty! In the bar, the waiters also showed little concern for the seated guests, but the music and animators screamed wildly into the microphone, who did not allow them to communicate. Nice awnings were erected on the beach, previously there was not enough shade, there were few umbrellas. It made me happy. But the beach worker was always late for 30-40 minutes, then changed for another 10-15 minutes, began to arrange the sun loungers, which are always in the sand! In general, the beach began to function an hour later. Another interesting feature: unattended sun loungers were slowly stretched out by strangers, hotel guests came - they looked for and did not find free ones. And this beach macho then went and collected 150 rubles for a sun lounger from people. I can assume that on my own initiative, because the management would hardly like it that hotel guests are lying on the sand. There is still no animation! Although the composition has changed. A wonderful professional team worked nearby in the sanatorium! On the beach, they flocked to them from all the sun loungers! And ours alone did exercises by the pool, when all the guests were on the beach, and also praised the imaginary participants. It would be funny if it weren't sad. The manager does not greet the guests, does not communicate. Although it is clear that it controls, it works. We go to this hotel since the opening, we love it no matter what, we see the management's striving for perfection, and therefore we write everything frankly. The hotel has its own unique and very attractive atmosphere, framed by the coziness of the interior, cleanliness, aroma and music playing in the evenings. I would like our reviews to help the hotel thrive and make future guests a choice.
