Usually, from the moment the exam is written to the announcement of the results, it takes up to two weeks(from 8 to 14 days).

How many days are the results of the exam checked

  • The processing of data in the RCOI in compulsory subjects should not exceed 6 calendar days after the exam.
  • The processing of data in the RCOI in subjects of choice should not exceed 4 calendar days after the exam.
  • Centralized verification at the Federal Testing Center should not exceed 5 business days.
  • The approval of the results of the USE in the State Examination Commission is carried out within 1 business day.
  • Within 1-3 days the results become known to the PES, and hence to the participants of the exam.

Who checks the exam

After the Unified State Examination, the forms with the work of graduates are sealed and sent to the regional information processing centers (RTsOI). During this period, your work is scanned by specialists and sent for machine verification of the tasks of the first part, and subject committees are engaged in checking the tasks of the second part of the exam (with a detailed answer).

Each work is checked by two experts independently of each other and scores are given. The results are entered into the verification protocol and transferred for further processing.

If the given score of two experts is the same, then this result is final. If the scores diverge, then the final result will be the arithmetic mean of the scores of the two experts rounded up. If the discrepancy is significant, then a third expert is assigned to check.

After checking at the RTsOI, the work of graduates is sent for a centralized check to the Federal Testing Center (FTC) to verify the answers of the exam participants with the correct answers and determine the primary and test scores of the Unified State Examination.

Then the FTC transmits the results of the USE to the State Examination Commissions, which, after approval, distribute the results to the examination points (PET).

Graduates can find out the results of the Unified State Examination in Moscow in several ways, some of which are considered official, while others are purely informational. Among the most popular methods, it is necessary to single out a visit to the official portal of the unified state exam, familiarization with the information in the places of direct delivery or in the places of registration of students, familiarization with the results on specially created regional resources. The simplest are those options that allow you to get all the necessary information without a direct visit to the educational institution or place of registration of the graduate.

How to find out the results of the exam in Moscow on the official website?

To obtain information about the results of the unified state exam for any graduate of Moscow, you must go to the USE website. On the main page, go to the section “Applicants to universities and secondary schools”, and then select the item “Check USE results” in the drop-down menu. As a result, the user finds himself on a page with a special form in which the student's last name, first name, patronymic, registration code or document number should be indicated. In a special menu, you will need to select the region in which the unified state exam was taken. After that, information about the results of the exam of this graduate will be displayed on the page. This information is for informational purposes only, since the portal specifically notes that official familiarization is carried out at the places where the exam is taken, at the places where graduates are registered.

How to find out the results of the exam in Moscow in other ways?

There are other ways to obtain information about the results of the unified state exam for Moscow graduates. So, when passing the exam at your own school, official familiarization is carried out at the place of the exam, in other cases - at the place of registration of students. In addition, special regional portals are created annually, on which relevant data are also posted. The addresses of such sites can be found on the official portal of the unified state exam, although with the advent of the ability to check the results for any graduate on the USE website itself, they are gradually losing their significance (some of the regional resources have already ceased to exist).

Graduates of the 11th grade take the exam and, of course, look for information about the results.

The main period for passing the exam started on May 28. Graduates must take several exams at once. 2 of them - Russian and mathematics - are mandatory.

Without typing the established minimum for the exam, the graduate will not receive a certificate. In addition, the results of the Unified State Examination affect whether a graduate gets into an institute for a state-funded place or not.

Each region IS INDEPENDENT to determine how participants will be informed of individual exam results.

This information should be provided FREE OF CHARGE.

As a rule, this year's graduates can find out their own USE results in the subject at their school;

the rest of the USE participants will find out their results at the place where they received a pass for the USE, or at the PES in which they took the exam (depending on the organizational scheme adopted in the region).

Lists of USE participants with their exam results are posted on information stands (at school, PES, education authority, etc.).

Sites that inform about individual results

In many regions, special FREE websites have been created to inform USE participants.

You can find out your results by having an individual code (passport number, etc.)

USE results 2018 according to passport data official website

The processing of the results itself takes place in several stages. First, all data from the forms go to the Regional Information Processing Centers. For mandatory items from the processing should not exceed 6 calendar days, informs Therussiantimes. Elective items are checked faster, within 4 calendar days. This is due to the fact that much fewer people take elective subjects than compulsory ones.

When will the results of specific exams in 2018 be known
On the official website of the Unified State Examination, the schedule for checking / publishing the results of the Unified State Exam for each subject for 2018 has been published. This schedule indicates the last dates before which the organizers are required to complete the required procedures for checking the USE forms, receiving and approving the results, as well as publishing them on the Internet in a closed form (only the student himself or the person to whom he entrust the data of his passport).

Dates when the results of the exam in 2018 will be announced:

How to find out the results of the exam according to passport data in 2018

You can get acquainted with the results of the exam on the Portal of public services. Also, the results can be viewed on the official portal of the Unified State Exam. To do this, you must enter your full name, passport data or the USE registration code.

In some cases, exam results are also duplicated on the websites of regional ministries of education, however, there are fewer such cases every year - not all departments can provide the required level of security for storing such data.

The beginning of summer is traditionally a hot time for 11th grade graduates. The thing that scared them for so long and what they have been preparing for so long and hard is coming - it's time to take the USE exams.

Each point gained as a result of exams for a graduate is on the account, each point increases his chances of entering the chosen university for the chosen specialty. It is clear that the results of the passed exams are expected by schoolchildren with great impatience.

USE results 2018 - the official website where you can get acquainted with the results of the exam according to passport data, other official opportunities for this.

Official website of the Unified State Examination - how to get acquainted with the results of exams in 2018

The main way to find out the results of the USE passed is the official portal of the unified state exams - http://check.ege.edu.ru.

The results are not disclosed to everyone, so before getting acquainted with them, the graduate or his parents will need to confirm that they are not random people. To do this, you need to enter the last name, first name and patronymic of the student, as well as information from the exam pass: the registration code or the passport number that was indicated by the graduate during registration for the exam.

The registration code consists of 12 numbers, it is indicated on the exam pass. If you have lost your pass, it's okay - you can just enter your passport number (without a series).

Then the graduate needs to choose the region in which he took the exam. Theoretically, not all Russian regions may be on the list, the corresponding warning is located on the USE portal immediately below the field for selecting a region. What to do if the region is not in the list, we will describe below.

After that, it will be enough to enter the code from the attached picture so that the system can make sure that a live user is working with it, and click “Login”.

By entering the personal account automatically created for him, the graduate will be able to find the following information there:

  1. Information about all passed exams:
    1. delivery date;
    2. exam status;
    3. minimum passing score;
    4. graduate test score.
  2. The results obtained from the automated recognition of answers to tasks that the graduate indicated on the examination forms (only for tasks that require a short answer), as well as data on the score received for each of the tasks and on the maximum score;
  3. Valid characters for all tasks that require a short answer;
  4. Information about the expert assessment, which is set for each of the tasks that require a detailed answer (including the criteria, if the task is evaluated according to several criteria);
  5. Details of each appeal filed and its status.

Alternative official ways to find out the results of the exam in 2018

In addition to the main USE portal, where you can find out the results of the exams passed, there are also alternative official sites.

The first of them is the portal “Gosuslugi”. If a graduate has a verified account on this portal, he can enter the page https://www.gosuslugi.ru/302869/1 and apply for the results of the Unified State Examination at the State Services.

In fact, the procedure will not differ in any way from the one provided on the USE portal: you will need to indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, passport number or registration code from the pass to the USE, as well as an indication of the region where the exams were taken.

Finally, there is one more possibility to be aware of. It will be especially relevant for those who do not find their region in the list.

We are talking about a special page on the state educational portal, which contains links to all official sites of regional services, where you can get acquainted with the results of the USE passed, writes the Therussiantimes portal. The list is located at http://www.edu.ru/abitur/act.58/index.php and not only contains a list of all regional official websites, but also telephone numbers of local hotlines for organizing the exam.

After passing the exam, many school graduates and their parents are wondering:

Where can I find out the results of the exam?

Each subject of the Russian Federation independently establishes ways to inform the participants of the exam about the results of the exam for free.

Find out the results of the unified state exam, as well as incl. - essays in Russian, you can:

When can I get the results of the exam?

In the regions, USE participants must be informed of their results no later than 3 working days after the Rosobrnadzor announces the minimum number of points (minimum threshold) for each of the subjects. 6 calendar days after the test are given to process the results of the USE in the Russian language and mathematics. Processing of the USE results in other general subjects (physics, chemistry, biology, geography, literature, history, social science, computer science and ICT, foreign language) USE results must be completed within 4 calendar days after the corresponding exam.

Thus, participants will be able to find out their results in compulsory subjects (Russian, mathematics) at least 9 days after the exam, in elective subjects - after 7 days.

In regions with hard-to-reach and remote territories, the results of the USE may be announced a little later. However, the deadline for announcing the results of the USE in the Russian language and mathematics should not exceed 12 days after the exam, in selective subjects - 9 days, and the results of the USE in additional terms (in July) - 8 days.

Official regional websites informing about the results of the exam

In many regions, to inform USE participants regional information processing centers (RTsOI) special free sites have been created where you can find out your results with an individual code. Typically, the code would be:

Find out the results of the Unified State Examination in the region on the websites of the RCOI:

Frequently asked Questions

  1. What is the "Registration Code" and where can I find it?

  2. The registration code is required to identify the USE participant, it is indicated on the USE pass. In case of loss of the pass, you must contact the place of issue of passes for the exam at your place of residence

    If your data is not in the system, then perhaps there is a problem with writing the letter "ё" in your full name. From the point of view of the system, "Semenov" and "Semyonov" are different people. Try different spellings.

  3. What are criteria?

  4. The assessment criteria for the assignment are used during the review of part C of the participant's work.

    A job can have one or more criteria. The criteria are not applied to all tasks of Part C. The number of points for the task is equal to the sum of the points for all the criteria for this task. Detailed information on the assessment criteria is on the FIPI website

  5. What is primary and test score?

  6. Primary score- this is the total score for the answers to the tasks of all parts of the examination paper.

    Test score- this is the result of recalculation (scaling) of the primary score as a result to bring it to a 100 point scale.

    What score goes into the certificate? - Test.

  7. How long is the USE certificate valid?

  8. The letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated November 20, 2013 N DL-344/17 "On the effect of the results of the unified state exam" clarified that, according to the new Law "On Education" (which entered into force on September 1, 2013), the results of the Unified State Exam for admission to undergraduate and specialist programs are valid for 4 years following the year of their receipt.

    The previous law provided that the certificate of USE results expired on December 31 of the year following the year in which it was received.

    In this regard, as of September 1, 2013, certificates issued after January 1, 2012 apply. Their validity period after September 1, 2013 is 4 years following the year of receipt.

    Therefore, admission to study under the bachelor's and specialist's programs is allowed if there are certificates of the Unified State Examination issued in 2012 and 2013. and valid until the end of 2016 and 2017. respectively.

What documents are needed for admission to the university

The procedure for admission to study in educational programs of higher education - bachelor's programs, specialist's programs, master's programs for the 2015/16 academic year, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated July 28, 2014 No. 839 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), establishes an exhaustive list of information specified in the application on admission, a list of documents submitted by applicants, as well as a list of requirements for these documents.

According to the Procedure, the applicant submits to the selection committee:

    statement;

    original or photocopy of an identity document, citizenship;

    original (when applying to target places - mandatory) or a photocopy of a state-recognized document on education;

    4 photographs (if it is planned to enter the areas of study for which additional entrance tests of a creative and (or) professional orientation are conducted, additional entrance tests of a profile orientation or entrance tests conducted by the university independently);

    documents confirming benefits (if any).

Letter No. AK-1687/05 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated June 22, 2015 "On Acceptance of Documents from Persons Applying for Bachelor's, Specialist's and Master's Programs" specifically explains that:

    the list established by the Procedure is exhaustive;

    all documents can be submitted in copies;

    certification of copies of documents is not required;

    no additional documents and information can be requested.

The procedure for those who enter according to the results of the exam:

    First, you need to carefully study the information on the number of passing points of the last year and preliminarily assess your own chances of admission.

    Submit copies of documents to 5 universities for 3 budget specialties in each. The original documents remain on hand or are submitted to a priority university, or to one where there is a high probability of admission. The next day (for insurance purposes) look for yourself in the competitive lists that are posted on the websites of universities.

    It is better to clarify the total number of budget places in each university for each specialty of interest. It consists of the number of places allocated for the general competition + places for targeted students + places for preferential categories of applicants. Record the total number. Let, for example, it will be = 100.

    On July 27, universities open competitive lists, i.е. on this day, you can already see your place in the ranking, the competitive scores of other applicants, the number of submitted originals, the number of Olympiads entering without entrance examinations. However, it is too early to draw any concrete conclusions from this. At this stage, competitive listings provide only a general idea of the competitive environment.

    On July 30, universities publish orders for the enrollment of target students, privileged categories of applicants, and Olympiad students. Look at these orders and calculate how many people received according to these documents. Let's say it's 30 people.

    Determine how many budget places are actually left for the general competition. To do this, subtract 30 from 100, and thus it becomes clear that there are 70 budget places left for applicants based on the results of the Unified State Examination (conditional numbers from our example are given).

    See your place in the ranking. If this is a position from 1 to 70, with 99% certainty (1% for force majeure), we can say that if the originals are submitted on time (until August 3, inclusive), you will be enrolled in wave 1.

    In the period from July 30 to August 2, carefully observe the movement within the competitive list for each university and specialty, in terms of determining the exact number of submitted originals. Lists on the websites of universities should be updated every day.

    On August 2, in the evening, you finally decide where to carry the original documents (in the event that you did not take them earlier). At the same time, take into account the fact that in the first wave of everything (including target recipients, beneficiaries, Olympiads) up to 80% of all budget places can be filled (in our particular case, this is up to 80 places, and in the second only 20% ( in our case it is 20 places.) The criterion for making a final decision may be the place taken in the rating, the number of submitted originals, the number of free places remaining after the release of the orders for enrollment, published on July 30th.

    It must be borne in mind that the number of applicants who will keep the originals at home until the last moment may turn out to be large, and therefore on August 3 the selection committee may be crowded from among those who brought the originals. This naturally can radically change the entire competitive situation.

    If you made it to wave 1, congratulations! If this did not work out, continue to closely monitor the competitive lists. At the same time, keep in mind that on August 3, orders will be issued for the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 1st wave. But this does not mean that all budget places that are reserved for the 1st wave will be completely filled. It is possible that some of the seats will remain free, and, in this case, they will be transferred to the 2nd wave, i.e., in our case, they will be added to 20.

    Everything will become clear on this issue on August 3 in the evening. You just need to look at the orders for enrollment and count the number of accepted applicants. Next, perform elementary arithmetic calculations and determine the exact number of budget places that will be played in the 2nd wave.

    Then you can proceed according to the algorithm set out in paragraphs 8 - 9 with the only difference that the process of monitoring the competitive lists is carried out from August 4 to 5, and the final decision on the originals (if they have not yet been submitted) is made on 5 in the evening, because on August 6 the last day for receiving documents, and on the 7th, orders for the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 2nd wave will already be published.
