According to the recipe, I want to say that you can use not only premium wheat flour, but also the first one. I use high-speed yeast, that is, those that are mixed with flour, and not diluted in water. 3 grams of such yeast is 1 teaspoon without a slide. Take any mayonnaise, but I advise you to use homemade.

Pour a little warm water into the container of the bread machine, add mayonnaise. Now grate the peeled apple pulp on a fine grater and measure 40 grams. We also send it to the bowl of the bread machine.



Now sift the wheat flour into the bucket of the bread machine. I always sift the flour twice to fluff it up and get rid of any possible extra bits.




We insert the bucket into the bread machine and turn on the Basic mode. Time - 3 hours. Crust - medium, loaf - 750 grams. I have the last parameters set by me for a long time and I do not change them. The bread machine will need the first 10 minutes to knead the dough and form a bun. She may need your help here. If the wheat flour is too dry, add a little more water. And when you see that the bun is too liquid and does not want to gather into a tight ball, add a little flour. I always get such a dough - it is tender, soft, but at the same time elastic. Now it is not recommended to open the bread machine - we are waiting for a signal of readiness.

I'm just sure that there are not many people who would be indifferent to baking with apples. Still would! After all, any apple pastry is very fragrant and tasty - well, how can you not love it?   4. We throw salt, sugar and sesame seeds. We add sesame seeds for taste, but this is an optional ingredient, so be guided by taste here. Or you can replace sesame seeds with finely chopped walnuts or raw sunflower seeds. In general, this item is up to you to your taste.
  5. Let the apples go on a large grater. Put them in the bowl of the bread machine.
  6. Now we need to fill in the amount of wheat flour (it must first be sifted) and pour dry yeast on top.
  7. We put the form in the oven, select the “Basic Bread” program and leave the oven for 3 hours until it beeps that the bread is ready. Be prepared: while baking, the house will be filled with the awesome aroma of fresh apple baking!

I want to share one of my favorite white bread recipes - "Tender" bread with apple and nuts. This is an option for sweeter variations of sandwiches and croutons. The amount of flour varies depending on the juiciness of the apple and the properties of the flakes and is adjusted in the process of kneading the "kolobok". Cereal flakes (oatmeal, wheat, rice or "4, 5, 6, 7 cereal" mixes) and apple fiber make the bread healthier and more dietary.

Pour vegetable oil and water into the bowl of the bread maker.

Grate an apple there.

Add flour, demerara and li sugar, cereal and yeast on top.

Set the mode to "basic white bread" or another one of your choice ("wholemeal", "with bran" ...) weight 750 grams and the desired color of the crust.

Watch the dough ball, it should not fall apart or spread. Adjust the dough with water or flour.

Preheat the bread maker for about 5 minutes. First, pour milk and water into the bowl. Then sugar, salt, vegetable oil and grated apples. Sprinkle flour and dry yeast on top. Be sure to follow this sequence.

Turn on the "Basic Bread" program and bake for 3 hours. Fragrant pastry is ready.

To prepare apple jam in a bread machine, we need the following products: apples, sugar and some water. My apples were not fully ripe, green: a branch broke off from the tree and something urgently needed to be done with the fruits. It was decided to use part of it for making jam.


We proceed to the preparatory stage: wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and tails. The fruits need to be softened - you can do this in 2 ways: bake or steam. I chose the second option - I used a multicooker in the steam cooking mode.


Depending on the variety, degree of maturity and sweetness, the fruits become soft after 10-15 minutes. So I loaded the multicooker bowl 2 times. You can bake apples in the oven in one go - just put the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or food foil and cook at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.


Then soft apple pieces for making jam in a bread machine need to be crushed. You can run them through a meat grinder or blend them, but I used a food processor. Nozzle - Metal knife. Literally 15 seconds and you get such a mass. If the apples are ripe and sweet, this mass will be pasty and smooth.


Now we proceed directly to the preparation of apple jam in a bread machine. We spread the apple mass in a bowl, fill it with sugar and add water. If you like, sprinkle in some cinnamon. In addition, if your apples are very sweet, you can also add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. Turn on Jam mode, time - 1 hour. After the signal of readiness, we turn on this program again. That is, jam will be cooked exactly 2 hours.


The beauty of making apple jam in a bread maker is that you don't have to stir anything. This is impossible on the stove, otherwise it will burn anyway.
